Unique generosity and the benevolence of Senanayakiyans once again displayed with the humble charity work of handing over a consignment of stationery and the students' requirements to Dr.S.N.Thanihasalampillai,Senior Consultant , Ministry of Education by Dr. Asoka Senani Hewage, Principal of D.S.Senanayake College to be handed over to the students of the IDP camps in the District of Wanni. This consignment was a co-operative effort of the much blended multi racial student community of D.S.Senanayake College.

This is another pearl of the string of charity works towards the needy by the D.S. community.
