Herbal Drinks Project was inaugarated today at the school premises by the Agricultaral Department of DSSC, which has brought laurels to the College and the Island being a model school agricultural unit under the great supervision and committtment of Mrs Deepa Mendis, incharge of Agriculture Unit.This time it has endavoured to keep another step forward by introducing nutritional program coinciding the concept of "Api Wawamu Rata Nagamu" . The most noteworthy thing is all the herbal stuffs for this project are straight away from the fresh green nurseries, void of artificial matters, of the agricultaral department. This ensures the hygenic and nutritional standards for a highly standard drink for the students population and the staff members . This is a concept of Deputy Principal Mrs Lilani Samaranayake which was initiated by the Principal Dr Ashoka Senani Hewage.Long Live this Project...........!
