Jubilant Senanayakians today passes the 43rd milestone of its Almamater- school B'day - in a grand ceremony. According to the Principal Dr Ashoka Senani Hewage , the prime pillar behind the recent reawakening of the D.S.Senanayake College , this B'day is immensely important to us since we proudly celebrate in a war free Sri Lanka where some DSSC sons , the members of the Baseball team became victims to the ruthless LTTE Bomb a couple of years back .

This event started today with the blessings of the religious dignitaries and the most colorful event was cutting the B'day cake by the most outstanding student and the youngest student of the school together with releasing birds and baloons into the air
