QUANTA 2008, the XIV Annual International Competition for Science, Mathematics, Mental Ability, Astronomy and Computer Science was organised by City Montessori School , Chowk Branch, Lucknow. This competition was held from 22nd to 26th November, 2008. QUANTA is an internationally recognised competition with competitors representing nations from around the world. The officials and judges are distinguished in their fields, making the level of competition and the degree of merit achieved commendable. D.S.Senanayake College Team that participated at the above competition was placed 6th in Astronomy quiz, and was awarded the Best Disciplined Team Award.
