D.S. UN club has brought glory to the college at the recently concluded UN day celebrations 2009 held at the Lyceum College. D.S. Un quiz team consisted of Oshada Kurukulasooriya, Senal Wanniarachhci, Zainul Meadh, Abdul Basith and M.Z.Mohamed displayed their talents by bagging overall 1st place in UN general knowledge quiz competition.

The exceptional performances by Zainul Meadh and Senal Wanniarachhci at the modern United Nation Session paved the way to D.S. team to snatch the most prestigious award for the day.
