All night pirith pinkama was held on the 12th night to invoke blessings to the Administrative staff, Teachers, Students and the non academic staff of D.S.Senanayake College.

Pirith mandapaya was constructed in the Primary School Grounds in a serene atmosphere.Many parents and students participated in this ceremony.
